Self-sampling on blotting paper (about 10 min)
follow the instructions to protect your vision

Prepare (about 5 min)
1
Place the blotting paper on a flat, clean, and dry surface.

2
Fill in the information on the blotting paper name, surname, and collection date.

3
Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and dry them with a clean towel or paper towel. Warm water will help improve blood circulation.

4
Choose your middle finger (or ring finger), preferably on your left hand if you are right-handed, or on your right hand if you are left-handed.

5
Massage your finger for 30 seconds, moving from the palm towards the fingertip to increase blood flow.

Prick (about 5 min)
6
Take the lancet and twist the tip until it comes off.

7
Place the lancet on the side of the fingertip you have chosen. Press down firmly until it clicks (the white tip should retract).

8
Once pricked, massage the fingertip to increase the size of the blood drop.

9
Place the blood drop in the center of the first circle on the blotting paper.

Massage the finger, keeping it oriented downwards, and repeat the process to fill as many circles as possible (at least 3). The blood drops must completely fill the circle.

10
Finally, wipe the puncture site with a paper towel or tissue and apply the bandage.

If the first lancet did not work properly or if the first puncture did not fill the 3 circles, use the second lancet and repeat from step 4 on another finger of the same hand (the middle finger, if the first was the ring finger, or the ring finger if the first was the middle finger).

13
Then place the blotting paper into the "blue" bag, seal it, and place everything into the return envelope.

14
Drop the envelope in a mailbox as soon as possible (within 48 hours of collection).

15
The envelope is already stamped.
